CYB Construction is a West Coast-based construction company specialising in commercial, residential, and relocatable buildings. CYB is known and trusted by clients throughout the West Coast and has a branch in Canterbury. Its portfolio of works includes everything from kitchen renovations to large-scale supermarkets, and from new hotels to tourism facility fit-outs and installations. With a variety of heavy machinery, including a HIAB truck and trailer, CYB Construction is equipped to take on projects of any scale.

Chris Yeats founded CYB Construction Ltd (then named Chris Yeats Builders Ltd) in 1993. Through the 1990s, the company grew with the booming West Coast economy and by 1999 the company employed 15 staff and was able to take on large, commercial projects around the West Coast.

Today, CYB employs 20 qualified, reliable staff spread between the West Coast and Canterbury regions and has picked up several national and regional awards, most notably the Supreme Commercial prize at the House of the Year Awards 2005. Chris Yeats and Karen Greenslade are majority shareholders, while co-director Denise McPaike holds minority shares.
